Amy Schulte, pictured left, is a BSN trained nurse with 20 years of experience. Amy received her nursing degree from Baylor University School of Nursing. She has worked in a variety of settings including hospital ICU, ER, hospice and Director of Nursing for skilled rehab and long term care.
Her nursing case management experience comes from working for a non-profit organization where she managed the private care department with a staff of up to 60 employees. She brings both professional and personal experience to the Caring with Grace team and is committed with helping our clients achieve the optimal quality of life and maintain independence as long as possible.

Jane Ostroski, pictured right, is a registered nurse with 29 years of experience. She received her Bachelor of Science degree from Baylor University School of Nursing. Jane has worked in the hospital setting in Women’s Services. She's also worked in memory care as an RN Delegator in which she taught medication administration classes and oversaw the administration process to the residents. In this role Jane also worked with the communities Resident Service Directors to assess residents, devise care plans, and then coordinate their care with physicians, home health and hospice companies as needed.
